Long time South Toowoomba volunteer, Head Coach Smith has been around the red and black family for numerous seasons. Coaching the women's side to premiership success in the AFL Darling Downs women's competitions maiden season, Smith continued that success with another Grand-Final appearance the following season. After involvement in numerous representative programs in the region, Smith is looking to develop an elite culture and discipline at the regions leading female football club.
