What is your driving force as a Coach?
Watching the players develop both on and off the floor and into not only great basketballers but good employees, husbands, fathers and leaders in the community. Winning comes second to the players lives.
Words of wisdom current Matt would pass onto 21 year old Parso?
Stop hearing and start actually listening, And make the most of the hair buddy cause it doesn't last much longer!
Aside from Bendat and the Cougar Den, what's your favourite venue to play at in the League and why?
I have to say Gero and Kal, both pack in very hostile crowds, Kalgoorlie's crowd is still home to some of the leagues best sledgers.
Name one coach in the League who you always look forward to doing battle against? What makes that challenge so unique??
This is a tough one that most coaches might take the wide berth on answering, but for me I really enjoy the intense rivalries I have with some of the coaches. No ones wants to back down in these games and it's true test of game plans and preparation.
